Refund policy

I will accept exchanges, however, you will need to cover shipping.  Customized tumblers with names ir pictures are not returnable.  Since I make each one as they are ordered, I make sure they are good quality.  Some color variation does occur so please understand not all tumblers will be 100% exactly like the photos.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
All returns will have shipping deducted.
